a summer retreat in southern crete with a clear view of a mediterranean bay

a greek home away from home was designed for the pilot room of an Athens hotel

the public and private spaces of 2 separate dwellings sharing the same site are split vertically and horizontally in both their use and materials. coloured fair faced concrete combined with smooth rendered walls emphasise this in the building facades

wooden and bamboo elements were used throughout the 5-star resort hotel refurbishment to connect the varying public spaces whilst dissolving the internal / external boundaries. greys, whites and blues enhance the Greek summer feel

2 cubes - one on top of the other - frame the endless view of a city surrounded by 4 lakes in the West of Greece 

white fills the entire apartment allowing light to reflect in every space. wooden details and dark earthy colours give warmth to the open plan living areas

a timber boxmarks the entrance of the two storey single family dwelling which follows the constrained L-shaped site

the store’s name becomes the main feature of its façade. internally black and white divide the industrial space lit with original vinyl records and new releases displayed in oversized polaroid light boxes

a completed project for a director’s office where vertical timber louvers create a visual connection between meeting and office space, whilst providing division from a rest area 

26m2 penthouse flat framing the views of the parthenon. an XXS area becomes a spacious open plan apartment

an existing building is wrapped with a cement fibre board above ground floor and topped with a lighting band to form a ‘halo’ above a lighting store creating a naturally dark space on the first level whilst allowing natural light to filter from the ground floor 

glass partitions +  white spaces enhance light throughout a ground floor garden flat and basement conversion for a bachelor

located on the west coast of greece, a 2 story summer house with uninterrupted views of the ionian sea and an internal courtyard follows the steep site incline

an old stone building refurbishment + new steel structure designed around an existing olive tree inspire the combination of natural and raw building materials for a restaurant’s creation
